一、严防输入性疫情风险，湖北、武汉来的人员一律劝返；来自重点疫区的人员一律劝返，确需来我区的，必须集中隔离14天，并做核酸检测；邢台市域外的来区人员必须居家隔离14天。对过去已来我区的以上三类人员，未满14天的，一律落实相应隔离措施。劝返范围以外的所有返区人员要提前主动向社区、镇（街道）申报，主动提供手机漫游查询记录和流出地乡级以上机构出具的健康证明，并按要求落实相应隔离措施，凡不主动如实报告的，将依法追究法律责任。广大人民群众提供相关线索经确认属实的，给予举报人一定奖励。</span></p></section></section></section><section
