<p></p><section style="width: 98%;margin: 20px auto;" data-width="98%"><section data-bgless="spin" data-bglessp="80" style="background: #ffe8d7;border-radius:2px;box-shadow: 0px -4px 12px #f8c8a4;padding: 12px;"><section data-autoskip="1" class="135brush" data-bgless="spin" data-bglessp="60" style="background: #fff4eb; font-size: 14px;text-align: justify;letter-spacing: 1.5px;line-height: 1.75em;color:#904f40;padding: 1em;"><p>根据邢台市疫情防控现状，邢台市中级人民法院拟于2021年2月7日起恢复开放诉讼服务及信访接待场所。</p></section></section></section><section style="width:100%;margin:0px auto;padding:0px;" data-width="100%"><section style="width: 100%;border:1px solid rgb(173,218,204);" data-width="100%"><section style="padding:3px;"><section data-bgless="spin" data-bglessp="120" data-bgopacity="10%" style="color: rgb(63,62,63);background:rgb(247,251,249);"><section class="135brush" style="font-size: 14px;text-align: justify;letter-spacing: 1px;line-height: 25px;padding:0.5em;"><p>诉讼服务及信访接待场所的开放时间为每工作日9：00—11:30、13:30—17:00。</p><p><br/></p><p>为减少人员聚集，降低感染风险，疫情防控期间，建议当事人或委托代理人优先采用“无接触式”诉讼业务办理模式，通过河北移动微法院、河北电子法院网、12368诉讼服务热线等线上方式办理案件查询、立案、诉费缴纳、信访等诉讼业务。不便于开展网上诉讼活动的，可通过邮寄方式将相关材料向该院提交，该院将及时予以处理。</p><p><br/></p><p>来院办理诉讼事项人员必须佩戴口罩，并携带身份证、出示健康码以供查验，主动配合工作人员做好体温检测、身份信息登记等工作。检测通过的，保持间距，按序进入；拒不配合的，一律禁止进入。</p><p><br/></p><p>办理业务的当事人或委托代理人应自觉遵守来访和疫情防控的各项规章制度，服从工作人员指引。办理业务前，请耐心等候，并自觉与他人保持1.5米以上距离。诉讼业务办理完毕后，请立即离开，切勿逗留。</p></section></section></section></section></section>
