line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(一)选聘对象</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">博士选聘对象为国内普通类高校、海外归国全日制博士研究生;硕士选聘对象为“双一流”院校(学科)全日制硕士研究生(本科阶段要求全日制本科，不含专接本)，国外(境外)世界排名前300名高校全日制硕士研究生(参照2019年泰晤士报世界大学排名。留学申请时，获得学校全额或半额奖学金，不含研究生就读期间获得的奖、助学金。选聘院校名单见附件1)。包括应往届和有志来临工作的已就业全日制博士、“双一流”院校(学科)硕士研究生。引进后服务期限不低于5年。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(二)资格条件</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">1.2019年12月31日前取得全日制博士研究生学历学位。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">2.2019年8月31日前取得全日制硕士研究生学历学位。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">3.博士研究生年龄不超过40周岁(1979年1月1日以后出生);硕士研究生年龄不超过35周岁(1984年1月1日以后出生)。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">4.符合临西县急需人才岗位的专业及相关要求。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">5.具有正常履职所需的身体条件。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(三)有以下情形之一的人员不得报名</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">1.正在接受司法机关、纪检监察机关立案侦查审查的。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">2.曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的和曾被开除公职的。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">3.在各级招考中被认定有舞弊等严重违反纪律行为的。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">4.现已在临西县域内工作，并由单位缴纳养老保险的。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">5.聘用后即与选聘岗位构成亲属回避关系的。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">6.未满现工作岗位有关政策规定服务年限的。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">7.有法律规定不得聘用的其他情形的。</p></section></section></section><section style="text-align: center; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(一)工作待遇。为引进人员解决事业编制，引进后首次职称聘用不受单位岗位总量限制。有就业经历的博硕人才，考察试用期满考核合格的，经县委人才工作领导小组办公室审核同意，可比照引进前职务情况安排相应职务。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(二)经济待遇。被用人单位聘用后，对在临西购买首套自住商品房的博士，给予10万元购房补贴(分5年发放)；未购买首套自住商品房的博士，每人每月发放房租补贴1500元(发放期限5年)。未购买首套自住商品房的硕士，每人每月发放房租补贴1000元(发放期限5年)。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(三)其他优惠待遇。引进的博硕人才一律纳入“燕赵英才卡”“B卡”服务范围。</p></section></section></section><section style="text-align: center; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">本次选聘实行现场报名，现场资格审查的方式。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(一)报名日期：自公告发布之日起至2019年10月31日，每天上午8:30—12:00，下午1:30—5:30。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(二)报名地点：临西县委组织部干部二股(地址：县城珠江路1号六楼609室，电话：0319-8560055)。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(三)报名携带资料：有效期内的二代居民身份证、个人小二寸蓝底照片4张、学历学位证(硕士研究生包含本科阶段)、所在院校就业指导部门出具的相应证明材料、执(职)业资格证、专业技术资格证、相关获奖证书等选聘所需证明材料的原件及复印件2份。海外归国博硕人才，须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的《国外学历学位认证书》、取得奖学金证明材料的原件及复印件2份。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(四)资格审查。现场审核相关证件材料，符合报名条件的人员现场填写报名登记表。报名人员必须如实填写个人信息，如填报信息不一致或弄虚作假的，由此产生的一切后果由本人负责。县“博硕引进计划”领导小组办公室负责资格审查。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(五)考核择优。由县“博硕引进计划”领导小组办公室组织实施，具体时间、地点、要求等另行通知。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(六)考察、体检。对人选档案进一步核实，对其现实表现进行综合了解；根据考核情况，由县“博硕引进计划”领导小组办公室组织体检，体检项目和标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》和《公务员录用体检操作手册(试行)》进行体检。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">(七)公示、聘用。县“博硕引进计划”领导小组办公室根据考核、体检、考察结果提出拟聘人员名单，报经县“博硕引进计划”工作领导小组审定后，在临西党建之窗等网站公示7个工作日。公示期满，无影响聘用相关情况的，按规定办理聘用手续。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">受聘人员接到聘用通知后，在规定的时间内办理有关手续并报到。对无正当理由逾期不报到者，取消聘用资格。</p></section></section></section><section style="text-align: center;
